Tom Shantz

With over two decades of deep-seated experience in executive and technical recruitment as well as new business development, my journey has evolved into the role as Senior Manager at Averity, where I spearhead new business opportunities within the cybersecurity domain.  A degreed engineer, my first venture into cybersecurity began when I served as a Special Agent of the FBI.  I offer unique insight into people’s motivations, cultural fit along with an ability to assess technical skills, leadership ability and management nous.  This has served me well in establishing a strong network of mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates in local, national and international markets.
