AVERITY USES A FIVE-POINT SYSTEM TO ENSURE THE THREE MOST IMPORTANT ATTRIBUTES NEEDED TO ENSURE A QUALITY HIRE WITHIN TECHNICAL RECRUITING: ARE THEY QUALIFIED? ARE THEY INTERESTED? ARE THEY AVAILABLE?

Step 1IDENTIFY

As a tech recruiter agency, we start by building a marketing campaign specific to the organization. With the aid of our proprietary technology platform, we brainstorm as a team to find candidates in our collective network that could be a potential fit for the new role. We then reach out to our network via multi-channel advertising, email marketing, networking events that we manage and sponsor, and direct communication.

Step 2 QUALIFY

We speak to potential candidates in detail to find out what they are really looking for and what’s most important to them, their current technical skills and abilities, articulation and communication skills, reason for leaving their current and recent positions, industry expertise, desired compensation, and resume accuracy. We then gauge their level of interest in the position and address their other motivating factors.

We then market your specific company and role to the candidate based on our conversation and research into your organization

Step 3INTERVIEW COORDINATION

We work with you and your team to coordinate interview times and to make sure both sides are well prepared for each interview throughout the process.

We take the time to prepare the candidate on your organization and the people they are interviewing with, so our clients do not have to repeat themselves. Averity's candidates are the most prepared candidates you will meet

Step 4 TRANSPARENCY

We are in constant communication with both the candidate and client. Our goal throughout the interview process is to constantly gauge both side's interest in the role, where this role ranks in comparison to other potential opportunities/candidates, gather honest feedback from both sides and provide that to each other. We will keep you updated on any other offers that are expected. If they are receiving or making another offer or are close to one, you will be the first to know. We will not rush our anyone just to "close the deal." We are transparent with everyone we interact with.

Step 5OVERSEE CLOSURE, START, AND ON-BOARDING

Before an offer is extended, we facilitate the best chances of an acceptance through open and honest communication. We regularly check in before and after someone has started their new position and ensure onboarding is smooth and effortless process.
