The Role

We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines and models using diverse datasets, including alternative data sources. You’ll also be responsible for establishing and optimizing our MLOps infrastructure to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models into production, ensuring efficient re-training, optimization, and testing.
• Build and enhance MLOps tooling for automation, monitoring, and scaling of ML workflows.
• Work with alternative data sources to improve predictive capabilities.
• Communicate complex ML concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Proven experience deploying end-to-end ML pipelines/models in production.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and best practices.
• Strong communication skills—you can explain technical reasoning to any audience.
• A mission-driven mindset—you want your work to have a real-world impact.
• Preferred: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Bonus: Experience in PropTech, FinTech, Financial Services, or Insurance—if you've worked at a company that delivers lines of credit, you'll do well here.

What We Offer

• $180,000 – $220,000 base salary
